Hmm..I was able to login online the very next day after I received my AOR and saw my status as "in process".

Hi Guys,
Good news. Status changed to 'In Process' yesterday. 'We started processing your application on May 25, 2015' I have send them my new passport and updated personal history form and my package doesn't get to Sydney until tomorrow. So, I am not sure why they changed my status already. I guess they are just changing everyone's statuses to 'In Process' who got the generic emails. Here is my time line again:
