I think it s because they try to follow processing times.rhonny20 said:They are taking forever for medicals of feb and march applicants ( inland applicants)
In 5 days my application will have 6 months after being received and still waiting for Mr.Anatalia said:I think it s because they try to follow processing times.
I ve paid attention december applicants waited longer for aor (up to 4-5 months), thats why they got medical request in 2-3 weeks after aor.
Feb, march, apri, may applicants waited fir aor about 2 -2,5 months. That means after reaching 5 months since application received date we should hear from cio about medical request,
That is my calculation so far..
Buddies, Any advantage or disadvantage in doing Medicals before we receive request? Will it speed up and skip one step on waiting period?kroenca said:In 5 days my application will have 6 months after being received and still waiting for Mr.
I dont know i have my medical done for work permit..i m wondering if i can submit it upfront or not..call centre agents have different opinions..honestly..guys..they dont know anything...so i din send it..waiting for MRharirajmohan said:Buddies, Any advantage or disadvantage in doing Medicals before we receive request? Potential downside is that your application takes a long time, and your medicals expire before you're approved. Then you'll have to do them again.harirajmohan said:Buddies, Any advantage or disadvantage in doing Medicals before we receive request? Will it speed up and skip one step on waiting period?
For some applications it was not making any difference even after upfront medicals and RPR fee. But for some applications it did make difference. For some applications, MR and RPRF was asked quickly one after the other and got through. So i guess its all luck on which officer reviews the application fast in every step of the process.Jiss said:I dont know i have my medical done for work permit..i m wondering if i can submit it upfront or not..call centre agents have different opinions..honestly..guys..they dont know anything...so i din send it..waiting for MR
Correct but nowadays its fast. It doesnt take more than 8-9 months. But yes may be we can do the medicals after 3-4 months of applying i guess if we still dont receive medical request. This timeline is not applicable for all cases. Again its luck on every step.Quink said:Potential downside is that your application takes a long time, and your medicals expire before you're approved. I did my medicals upfront too coz of my express entry application.harirajmohan said:For some applications it was not making any difference even after upfront medicals and RPR fee. Its all confusion but i think we may we get lucky if we do upfront (and we get an officer who processes the application fast)). Ya lot of ifs and buts while we wait on each step of the process.
