My app was received on Feb 16, got my EP on June 19, inland SINP applicant, now waiting for medical. So you're inland applicant an you got you medical request after month and a half? Is you file processed in Canada?

yes i m inland and my file is in Sydney,got my mr after almost 1.5 month later of my aor.

im ainp nominee certificate holder. I applied my PR app to CIO sydney using my certificate, but my status right now is visitor permit holder... My question is... do you guys think I wont have any problem in my PR application even if Im a visitor permit holder now? Ima bit worried because AINP requires a valid work permit thats why im so worried about my PR app.. any advice... Thanks in advance!

Well, you have to tell the situation of your status from start..
If you were a pnp holder, it means you had a valid wp, but it is expired, refused and now you are in restoration, right? and then you got visitor visa?
if yes, then...you dont have to worry about it..you got pnp..you have already applied on that...in between your wp expired, it is not in your hands, these kind of cases are normal...routine...at any rate, Temporary residence status has nothing to do with your PR...that's the law

hi akhan13 the day my work permit expired march 31 thats my nomination got approved. back then 2 weeks prior issuance of my certificate(which is hopeless already) i decided to apply visitor because of 4years cap(which is im included) the next day i tried to phone cic to withdraw my visitor app but the officer told me its already approved and they cannot do anything at all... cic told me i cannot apply work permit inside canada because of my visitor status., so intried to apply in NewYork but after 2 months just last week got the result it was refused the very reason of im not eligible for bowp which is i did not apply for open work permit just regular.. i was thinking maybe because of my certificate stated no employment restriction...im under alberta work experienced... I attached on my Application of PR that im applying for work permit in NY but i cant update them because i dont have file# yet to cio...
do u have any advice to lighten up my worries... so worried right now...nbecause ainp requirements of work permit but now im a visitor permit holder...

As i said, you have to tell the whole story how you started and how you got wp..you studied here, or you came by wp...

Also, AINP requires wp but you fulfilled that criterion, you dont have to worry abt your visitor status...
The only thing you can do at the moment is to apply for wp thru AOR (once it comes...) and you have to apply thru approved representative (they have ways to make it approve....if nothing nothing in the world make you eligible for wp, representative makes it easy by saying "compassionate ground" and i assure you nothing has beeeeeeen refused in history if somebody's case is with approved representative..(http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/representative/verify-rep.asp#consultants) ..try your luck here
