what is your current status regarding Medical, Eligibility, and background check? Usually an update without actual value change means someone touched your file but change may not necessarily to be reflected in the web page.

medical-passed
eligibility based on my 2nd request fro GCMS passed but on my cic account, its in Progress
Security or maybe thats the background check-not strated

I was asking kpulusu ;D but it's nice to have your input.

Here is mine:
Medical: passed.
Eligibility: passed based on phone call and GCMS but in Mycic account shows Review in progress
Backgroud check: passed based on GCMS but in the account shows: in progress.
I'm not quite sure if security is the same as background check.

Don't know how long should we wait...

Exactly bud!! seems like only the 3 of us didnt receive any PPR. As for me, I still need to wait for my renewed passport for like 6-8 weeks and so as my partner, coz CIC wants it at least 12 months valid upon receiving PPR email.

in my cic eligibility : review in progress
medical : passed
background check : in progress

Hopefully they will give before christmas.

That's something I didn't experience before. But based on what I experienced regarding my medical reassessment (changed from passed to not needed at this time after one year effective period), it could mean that your background check expired?

Once your application is linked, you will receive messages about your application through your account. You will no longer receive letters about your application by mail.
