As far as i know the sequence of PR process should be as mentioned below:
AOR: acknowledgement of receipt
EP: is Application number & XEP is a temporary application number
UCI: Unique Client Identifier
IP: In Process
MR: Medical Request
RPRF: Right of Permanent Resident Fee
DM: Decision Made
PPR: Passport Request

But in my case i received AOR in Sept-2015 and after that i got RPRF and reminder mail in Feb-2016. But till the date i do not receive Medical request. Is there any change in proces sequence?

As per your timeline. You filled the application on June 17, 2015.
Wait for this month. You should get MR in this month.

You are a june applicant why are you posting in Jan-Feb-Mar forum. Check it out in june section, people with same timeline have recieved mr or not. Dont be so worried

They have changed the pattern. We April applicants also received the reminder emails before MRs. So don't worry. Chill out!! All the best
