I guess cic was working on Dec application this month. Most of them have got DM in October. So dont worry. You will get DM soon. I am thinking November is for Jan applicants.

May I ask what additional documents they asked from you? Twice?

I have PNP and CEC applications, but I paid only one RPRF , so on 1s Oct they asked my updated Schedule A and RPRF , so I sent them RPRF receipt, then on 21. Oct they said well, that RPRF is used on CEC application, we need you to pay another one for PNP (what an ripoff)

Oh that's crazy. But probably you will get refund from one application once you get the pr.
