After that i got no update from CIC and when i check my application it says we are reviewing you medical exam but i never got any MR and it also says that background check is in process. I am so worried please let me know if someone know about it.

We have very similar situation. Got the AOR in June 2018, nothing after that. Did you phone IRCC to ask why?
