I've already sent RCMP PCC with my application. I'm yet to do Indian PCC from Indian Consulate General in Vancouver. Does anyone know how long that takes? Also, my Visa are expiring at 30-July-18. So should I get my Indian PCC first or apply for TRV extension?

you would have to visit either branch of BLS India located in Vancouver and Surrey. For me it took 2-3 weeks to get Inidan PCC. TRV extension and PCC are exclusive processes. The only thing common is that you would need to send your passport along in both cases, so in case you are not planning to visit outside Canada you can go for PCC first and then go for TRV or the other way around.
