Hi Guys I am engaged to someone who is a PR holder in Toronto, while my MANITOBA PNP nominated PR application has been filed and I am still waiting for my file number. Now, I understand that I can withdraw my PNP PR application and file a new spousal PR based on my spouse, but we are trying to avoid it. My question is : Can I stay in Toronto with my spouse and not work until my PNP application in Winnipeg is approved, while I pay my rent and maintain the address in Winnipeg ? Will this situation affect my PR in any way ?

1) i changed employer at 08 January 2018 , after my AINP expire and i didn't inform anyone else yet because my work is in ineligible occupation list for AINP.

2) i married in august 2017 but my wife is in canada on student visa and she didn't want to accompany with me for PR. So , i didn't inform anyone.

My questions are ,

Should i need to inform about my employer change though its in ineligible occupation list ?

Is it too late to inform about marriage and add her name in my application ?

Are they refuse if i update about above changes now?

What will be circumstances , if i update these?

I am so worried and i haven't any representative. Please give some advise about what should i do?

I didn't get my MR yet.

Open work permit even if based on your nomination allows you to work in any job,I wouldn't worry about this, I don't think it is late to inform ainp anyway, if you want to.

If you have married officially, not just gf/gf, you must let cic knows,even though if you are not sponsering your wife.

That is what cic needs to know. Chances cic will figure out you have married during background check is high,and it wont look good if they figure this out before you tell them.

I know someone married after application submission and she updated her files with no issues.
Maybe you should contact cic and ask them, they would probably ask you to submit webform with explanation.

The new employer should support for AINP. He has to work in same NOC level he got the nomination.
Sometimes AINP, ask for paystubs in the middle of the federal PR process. If applicant didn’t provide updated pay stubs AINP revokes his nomination

That's also what I'm thinking right now. When I check the date. Couldn't imagine someone can do that. Giving hope to those who are patiently waiting for updates on their application with misleading information. Grrrrr

For you better stay in Manitoba. PNC files processing getting faster rather than Sponsor. Rest up to you

Congrats! You have same timeline but I could not get PPR yet because of PCC request...
Can I ask you one question.
When you get PPR, there was bo message or status message changed when the status changed "updated"?
How about in ECAS?
