Does the medical request come in email or just updates on cic account?

I got an update on CIC account. I am not sure how the application is processed by CIC. I hope you get your medical and PPR soon. I understand 18 months is ridiculously long. All the best bro!

Cic lost my PC and they sent me request for new ones, however I contacted them and they found it and I’ve been told to upload letter of explanation in space for new PC - that’s what I did.
It was 3 weeks ago and status still shows - the documents have been uploaded
How long does it take to have it changed to documents accepted or sth like that?

Mine was submitted on March 5 for additional document and still automated message asking for additional document until today.

I‘m under BCPNP, passed the Me Apri 4
