I even spoke with CIC agent, He told me that background check is not yet completed. Security still has not STARTED. I'm not sure how long it will take to get golden email for PPR.

My case was over 19 months. Aor Oct 2017 still waiting. Not sure the gu is about. Maybe security passed or medical extend, or both. If no update until Friday, I will called them.
