I have the same issue, also have an appointment on Tuesday. I will see how it goes and let the other fellow applicants know what to expect :)
So there was no issue at all, they just generated new IME number. The price was $225 for the exam, around $75 for x-ray and tommorow I have an appointment for blood/urine test (don’t know the price yet). Everything went smooth and fast, so no worries guys. I hope there is some new update on my profile soon

You sir are having the exact same timeline as me. This is awesome. I had my medical request on March 01, and I just finished my medical exam today. Hopefully all goes well. Does someone know how much longer of a timeline is to be expected from now onwards?

Thank you

So finally recieved my MR on March 01 and had my test on March 08. Waiting on the results now. Does anyone know what the timeline would look like from now onwards? I am getting really impatient for this whole process to finally get completed. Has been almost 4 years for this whole thing.

I would love to know too.. from what I’ve read: People applying in Oct/Nov 2016 are just getting their PPR or passing background check. Sometimes some lucky guys applying at the begining of 2017 are getting PPR too, but I didn’t find out how it is possible or what it depends on (some of them had upfront medical, some of them had NOC A, B or 0, so probably doesn’t really matter on what your occupation is, some of them were from Alberta/Ontario/BC...) It pretty much depends on what officer is checking your application or it may be only some random selection... who knows.. :)

the same here, I’ve had working holiday work permit, then young professional, then my boyfriend tried to get LMIA (and his employer refused to provide the very last document we needed at the end of the process.... and now AINP... almost 4 years of waiting and stress and panic... :/
