I'm an applicant of the paper based PNP(Ontario) and NOC 2175 which is a skill level A.
My immigration consultant told me that I don't need the language test result, and the CIC websites only explains the language requirements for the skill levels C and D.
However somehow I can find many people from this forum sent their language test results.
Do I need the language test result? since I don't have one, I'm worried.

Hi Prabh26, have you got your AOR yet? I am an inland applicant and mins was received on April 28 still now result. I am a bit worried that they deem my application incomplete because I did not include my Canadian police certificate.

Hello, are you inland Provincial Nominee Class? I don't think you need a Canadian Police Certificate.
Hi guys,

I've just received AOR,

Application received by cic: April 24, 2017
AOR Received: July 10, 2017

Outland applicant,

Best luck to all of us.
Congrats!!!

Hello Jp2017, thanks for your comment. Are you also an inland PNP applicant? I thought the paper PNP document checklist http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5690E.pdf
item 15, it says PC is a must for each country where we lived longer than 6 months...

What do you think?

Hello I have applied inland too. If you look at this link,
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/EP7TOC.asp

which is the guidelines, it says under the headline police certificates, xxx must provide a police certificate for each country OTHER THAN CANADA, in which you have spent six or more months since the age of 18.

I don't know about the others if they have submitted, but I did not.

Your thoughts?

Hi jp2017, good point. I think this link puts it very clearly: we inland PNP applicants do not need Canadian PC. However, it leads to another question.

What kind of person needs a Canadian police certificate? CIC website has a page especially for Canadian PC, so there must be certain groups of applicants who need it.

My opinion is that if we cannot think of people who needs it, we had better prepare it in case CIC asks for it. I will put it in the thread of mine previously: http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-im...nada-for-paper-based-pnp.502779/#post-6132191
