Does anyone think or have any info that CIC's processing time would come down from present 16 months? Since there must be a huge drop in Paper PNP applications as most are applying in Express Entry.

CIC actually had a good standard that indicates that they are trying to process PNP application within 11months. So I guess that is a little progress from the 16 mths! Also there are other factors such as VO where application is processed. So be hopeful!

For those who have already linked their application online after receiving AOR, there's this part under submitted applications under details it says action required. When I clicked the "check status and messages" there were no messages. Then on the same page i clicked on the view submitted application and it took me to a questionnare that requires me to give my electronic signature.. did you guys sign it even though you didnt submit any additional documents?

Hello everyone,

Please I need urgent help. My fiance had applied for Manitoba PR in May 2015. He received his PNP in feb2017 after which be applied for PR. Now everything was fine but the only obstacle is Itaq PCC. We have mailed the Itaqi embassy in India, we mailed the company in Iraq where he worked, we mailed the ministery of external affairs about the urgent need of PCC but nobody has replied. We dont know anyone in Iraq so what should we do. I read about LoE. What exactly is that? How can we get exempted from Iraq PCC. He even went to embassy but they just made him fill a form and then told him to expect nthng. Everything else is fine in his case, just this pcc is a problem. I wish he never went to Iraq

I can't link my application with CIC and I tried under PNP, canadian experience and Federal worker but still no luck (I applied under pnp but wanted to try the other ones just in case) All my info was correct but I get a message saying they couldnt find my application. I know i can only try 5 times within 24 hours, and tried for 2 days but something is still wrong. Can someone help me?

I would advise you to wait a little more b4 getting worried. Hopefully you get it this week! I also sent my application at the end of April and have yet to receive my AOR. So there are others still like you waiting....so give it this week!

As from analysis I see that March received AOR group has not yet got their MR request. So April Batch receiving MR is doubtful. But then it all depends on your case officer who handles your file.

Hi there,
Try this way please note passport or place of birth/country are 2 options. So enter only passport details and leave the Birth/country blank. Rest of the details do enter on the form and submit This worked for me. Even I had difficulties in linking application.
