60 - 90 days , I saw few people got AOR within a month depending upon your luck.

CIC received my application on - 30 Dec 2016
CIC cancelled my application as incomplete on - 5 Feb 2017
Received my application from CIC on hand - 15 March 2017
Resubmitted with missing documents to CIC on - 20 March 2017
CIC received my application on - 24 March 2017

Waiting for AOR now........

Hi! How did you know that your application was cancelled on Feb 5? Did the cic sent you an email stating that your application was cancelled because of missing documents? Thanks!

I'm inland applicants, wow it looks like the CIC is having some glitches on their system.
I called CIC, wasn't able to hold of any agents due to heavy volume of call.

I called the Panel Physician to cancel an medical exam appointment, but they said I can take an exam now as long as I'm not under a category of the spouse sponsor, doesn't matter they have requested it now or not.
