Anyone here did upfront medical? And got background check passed or ppr?

Better to renew passport. Even my wife Indian Passport going to exipre in April, 2019 renewed last week.
Don’t take risk.
By the way what is your nationality?

I renewed mine one month ago and send them new copies, it will delay your process if you dont send it, they may request it later

i called them and they told me my application was approved 2 hours ago

Why there are only 4 items in my ecas?

1.We received your application for permanent residence on April 28, 2017.
2.We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on July 13, 2017.
3.We started processing your application on July 13, 2017.
4.Medical results have been received.

Does that mean my application is not in background check yet?
