I want to know how to apply oinp paper based because our crs score is horrible (340) but ielts is fine and IT noc .

I analyzed a bunch of other applications, February and January applicants, who got PPR, for most of them it took 16 month (+2 weeks or -2 weeks). So i guess we can expect it in August i would say.

Yes, that's my optimistic forecast as well. if everything is normal with the application it should be processed by August. If it's under security screening, can take longer.

I send my application in sept and got aor in oct 2017. It tooks 35 to 40 days

I applied pnp paper based on june 2017.
I did upfront medical in feb 2018.All my assessments except security was passed on Feb 26,2018.According to GCMS its says Ready for PS. I wanted to know what this means and how long it might take till a decision is made?
