Rightnow,They started processing 24 March application,wait you will get AOR within a couple of days.
Also,I successfully linked my application to CIC online account today.

here is my personal note to share (ON international student with job offer)
Immigration time line
Employer submitted pre screen on Oct 15 2015
Application received on Oct19 2015
Employer received cofirmation letter from immigration office saying the application is now processing Nov 5 2015 Morning
Received a call from PNP, file will be backlogged Dec 14 2015
Oct 24 2016, received Pre-Screen approval letter
Nov 7 2016, PNP application sent by expresspost
Nov 9 2016, PNP application sent and received by PNP office
Nov 10 2016, PNP application received by PNP office by letting me know through email(I asked) still waiting for AOR
Jan 3rd 2017, received PNP nomination letter in mail, approved on Dec 27 2016.
Apply for PR card, March 3rd sent out, March 6th received. waiting for AOR or return of file
April 5th, 2017 received acknowledgment email (AOR1)from CIC, linked my application to online account

waiting....
expect AOR2 around July5 2017
