PNP PR Feb 2015 applicants

according to you why they have sent my file to Ottawa as I am outland applicant

No one knows. It was his/her guess/suggestion.
My pnp batch guy's application was processed ottawa even though he is from African continent. Buddy, it doesnt not matter where its getting processed as you can get it stamped from local visa office. And no one knows the criteria for getting the file allocated/transferred to certain visa office.

Can any explain what is this location?

As it is related to Canada Border Services Agency, I guess it is for security check.

Yeah I think security check is the last step in process.

Nothing so far...As per the processing times..I think our files will get DM in April or May 2016

It is pleased to inform you that I have been received my PPR today and may visa office is Abu-Dhabi too. Wonderful thing is today is 31st, so hope 2016 will be a Great year. I am applicant Feb, 04 2015 and hope all remain applicant will receive the PPR soon.

Correct. I think that they will adjudicate all of Jan-Feb or even March ones too if the meds are received 2-3 months ago.
Its raining PPRs from ottawa (FSW and now started for PNP too). its time for inlanders turn.
