PNP PR Feb 2015 applicants

I am wondering what is going on with CIC. Here is my timeline.
CIC received my application package on Feb 24 2015. In ECAS it's showing only application received. I have gone through most of the posts.
Some Applicants applied in the month of May and they already got their AOR, Medical requests and even decision made on their files.

How about the files from February 10 onwards till April end. As I saw most of the applicants didn't even received medical requests yet and I am one of them. I don't know what's going on there. Why they are taking so long for February applicants? ???

My file reached there on Feb 16, and I was also thinking on what is going on. I saw that few applicants from February and so on got pcc requests but not medicals. I sent all pcc's and rcmp's for both of us with initial application so I'm not sure if that's why they didn't ask anything from me. I wonder if they're doing the background checks first and maybe at the last stage we will get the MR's? I also think that some files are in Ottawa and some in Sydney and they probably process it in a different way?

We don't know when we all will get good news. I hope 1 or 2nd week of September they will start sending medical requests for February applications. As I think they are busy with issuing study permits for students for September intake.

So most of the February applicants are still waiting for their MR Let's hope the month of September will bring some hopes for February applications.
