No one know how do they work . We are Aug 19 applicants got MR after 4 months of application date in Dec but after medical no updated.

My time line is same as yours, did upfront in march, but there is no update or medical request though

Strange message. Not sure what an earthquake in Mexico could do to increase processing time. My guess would be they are transferring all application from Mexican consulate to Ottawa now. But they havent specified which category in particular. Wish CIC was more transparent about everything.

I have a similar timeline like you. Package was received on Oct 30, and AOR was issued in Jan. Paid RPRF in March and since then, No Updates.

I think the processing is OK for me cause a lot of July/August applicants haven't got their MR yet.

I'm 2017 applicant but I would like to ask if any of you have received a letter asking for new police certificates after the ones submitted are one year old? Mine is almost a year old and I just want to be prepared if I need to submit new police certificates as I still waiting for MR.
