Hi I am August 12 applicant, I am very desperate, please help!! Any advice is appreciated!!!

I am still waiting for AOR. My problem is my nomination will expire on Jan 03 2017, and my work permit will expire on Jan 17 2017. I am so worried

I don't hear anything about AOR before my nomination expires. When should I apply for extension for my nomination? Can I apply for

extension say one day before my nomination expires if by that time I still don't hear anything from them?

R u inland with spouse? I am August 16 still waiting for AOR. I know few people from this group still waiting for AOR in the time range between August 8 to 16. So wait ? Or file a case specific enquiry. Did you link your application in mycic.

Nomination July 15 ( PGWP holder)
Application received by IRCC on August 16

I am inland applicant just by myself. Congratulations u got your AOR! Thank u for telling me that there are people in the same time range who haven't got AOR yet. I guess I just have to wait for now.

I personally don't know anything about express entry, and I think most of the people in this group don't because we all submitted a paper based application under a Provincial Nominee program. I wish I could be more helpful. Good luck! Maybe try asking other people who applied through express entry.

You should have got your Aor by now !!!Over three month aand you can apply for work permit either closed with a sypport letter .Your company will have to pay 239 compliance fee .And do see a consultant because many peope like me where stuck in the samd scenario
