When do I hear from CIC after taking medical exam (tomorrow)?

Guys, I feel the day when CIC send medical requests is related to the day they send reminder letters.

Did the applicants who received the MR on November 7, 2017 also receive their reminder letters around January 10?

If yes, then I think what I guess makes sense.

Good evening everyone,,,

My current work permit expires end of January 2018.
I have applied for permanent resident under PNP last November, but I did not receive AOR yet!
My file number changed from XEP to EP in January 2017.
In March 2017, I have received request letter " includes my UCI and Application number" asking me to pay my RPRF "Right of Permanent resident fee and more information "an updated form for my travel history since I left one month gap!
since that I did not hear anything. I did call CIC and I sent case specific inquiry and I told them I have not received my AOR yet but nothing.
Now, I am gonna apply for BOWP.
I don't have AOR, although I do have my nomination certificate, thee request letter that I got online asking for more infomation.
Now, can I just apply online and attach all the documents that I have plus a written letter explaining the situation here!
Would that will work?
Please guys I need help here since I have to apply soooooon.
Btw when I checked online "Online tool, it says they started processing my application January 2017"

I linked my application to cic account after I've done medical ("Medical results has been received" in ecas), and it is in process when I logged into cic account for the very first time, 10/10/2017 I think.
And my medicals showed as "You passed the medical exam" and background check showed as "We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information." since then.

Hey you lucky guy, how come your background check is earlier than those April, May, June applicants? Anything special you can share with us?

Is there any September/October applicant who went for an upfront medical?

If so, have you seen the results as "passed"?
I mean, is it actually worth going for an upfront medical? Does it speed up the process or not?

I am waiting for MR Oct2016 applicant. I have changed my address and tried to update it on CIC 4/5 times. Every time it shows that my home address is updated but mailing address doesn't update at all. Any suggestions about this? And any update on MR for October16 applicants??

I have changed my address 3-4 times and i have the same issue as well. I called CIC they said ,mailing address doesnt matter, as long as home address is updated and correct.

before and after medical my background check was showed as ''We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information."
but since last 2-3 weeks, they changed it to ''NOT APPLICABLE ''
