I was wondering how the background check of two inland applicants take different times having said that consider:
One applying through express entry has bg checked in 2-3 months on average
One applying through pnp is 5-6 months..on average

I think it should be less time for inland because they are living in Canada and 2 nd we already had security clearance

Here is my timeline:
Application Received: June 24th, 2016 (I thought it was June 13th but it was 24th)
Medical request: Sep 6th, 2017 (passed within 1 week)
Additional document (CV, updated Schedule A): Nov 29th, 2017
PPR: Jan 23rd, 2018
Application approved: Feb 05th, 2018
Passport should be mailed out within this week I think.
