Hi guys who sent passport do you write something on return envelope is it need to be completely blank? also what was the size should it be both big envelope just fold the second one in half and put inside?

2 envelope:: one is small, which is good enough to carry the passport and one is big to carry the entire package, which will deliver to CIC.
return envelope should be blank.... thanks

If you go to Canada post, they are usually familiar with our situation. They will let you know.

I had to send my passport to CIC last year for TRV and the lady I met there told me what to do.

DO NOT FILL OUT THE ADDRESS SECTION ON YOUR CANADA POST RETURN ENVELOPE.

that is written in the mail I received from cic for PPR, you can check in your mail.
