Did your background turn in to progress after submitting additional documents or before?

Yes I was asked to submit the documents on Nov 22nd. I submitted the same day. Then some time after 23rd, status changed to BGIP.
 
Nothing yet ... half of 19th month gone too .... waiting for final decision from last two and half months... may 16, 16
 
Just called cic and agent told me that everything is approved on ur file just copr and ppr request letter is left to print "LOL".... BUT I don’t c anything on ecas still in process there... and also in automated system it’s not indicating that final decision have been taken... don’t know what’s going on....

That's crazy, i got the same reply this Wednesday from one of the CIC agent named Louis-Philippe.
FYI, May 16, 2016 applicant, no update on DM/PPR.

What does this mean?
Review of eligibility We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.

Does it mean we should still remain concerned about the outcome of immigration even after getting PNP ? What do they really look for? I am working as self employed. Can it affect the outcome of immigration?
