Thank you. I have the form in front of me. My Calgary MP representative emailed it to me last Friday. Haven't filled out because every day I hope for DM. I guess i should give it a try. Next Monday we are reaching 19th month.

Best of luck....

I called my MP this morning, and she called ppl from CIC, same respond that I got since last month, everything is passed and DM should be anytime. However, my cic login still shows checking eligibility and BG. She also added that my med result will expire on may next year so will definitely before that. No kidding. April 25th applicant.

may 9,2016 still nothing. I’m out of country Dec 17 and I’m not gonna send anything to CIC before I come back. Anyone know if we can email them about sending pp late due to this situation?

Send an email to CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca for instructions for submitting your documents to a visa office which is the most convenient for you.

Yes, you can safely travel. There is no restriction for travelling outside of Canada. You can submit PPR from your home country. When you get PPR just write an email to them specifying the visa office where you can submit your passport. Good luck
