I got my gcms notes last Friday. The last update was that my file was transferred to PACE location (Pass All Criteria Eligibility) on July 26, 2017. There was a group name and group number associated as well. PPR will probably go by batch.

Is there any group or info on how to order GCMC notes?

i have ordered my GCSM notes more than a month ago and has yet to receive anything. Anyone knows where to follow up on GCSM notes?

It looks like most of APR applicant get stuck somewhere before PPR.
I'm also an Apr applicant. BG changed from N/A to In Process on Sep 14
I got an email from CIC on Sep 20 saying that my file is still in Sydney office.
I wonder if it is normal they hold the file in Sydney office when BG changed to In Process

At least you have an update on Sep 20. I don't know what is going on. It's frustrating....

Not sure. However, my file was transferred to Ottawa in July and my background went in process August 20. March Applicant and PPR Sept 19.

There is a backlog for PNP applications in the Sydney office of 4 to 12 weeks. Many PNP applications have been coming to Sydney recently, hence the backlog. They are trying their very best to clear the backlog.


We will not be able to get any information until the decision is made. I suggest that we should wait 12 weeks from August 2017, as we can hear anything in that time hopefully. This brings us to November 2017. If you do not hear anything back by November 2017,

Just talked to CIC- May 24, applicant. :"Security is not started and file is still in Sydney and then it will be sent to Ottawa. No time frame whats happening. " She told me Background includes Criminality and Security. They have all information required to complete file but has not started security.
