What is the "Restriction on Employment" in nomination certficate?

means that you have a close work permit during or at the time of the nomination process. This means that you recommended to stay in your current job until the PR process completes. May get tricker in changing jobs.Changing jobs may invalidate your nomination as per decided by the respective PNP. In addition, you can not apply for a BOWP. You may apply for work permit extension using nomination letter, letter of support from the respective PNP.That new permit would also be closed

From my observation, it has been taking 1 month for most people. There is another thread for that as well.

And silence since then...

What do you think is the status. Where do you think is the file being processed...who to call - number? and where can I write to get this info...and how do u interpret the response from CIC if they say its in Ottawa or in Local Office...

Does any one know when you send Passport through VAC does Vienna return Passport and Confirmation of Permanent Residence form (IMM-5688) the same way through VAC or do they send Passport through VAC and Confirmation of Permanent Residence form (IMM-5688) through regular mail-post?!
