If u apply with ur spouse since beginning then there should be considered regular processing time.
May 2015. When I talked with an agent, she told me they consider the processing time since i received the file number. I already passed 16 months.
Here people are waiting over processing time who add spouse in their file latter on.

i have called them twice a long time ago .. ended up getting disconnected .then i thought not to call them until i reach my time line so yes !! i will give them a call if the time exceeds which is going to happen in these two weeks . Hopefully before that WE WILL GET SOME UPDATE .

Hope we all get some good news soon.But its really frustrating when our files exceed the processing time. Only god knows when good days will come.

Guys I have bad news, there's still many applicants in thread of Jan-Feb-Mar 2016 that haven't received PPR yet. So our files are gonna take much longer There are some dec 2015 applicants also still waiting !

Called CIC yesterday as i passed the mark of 16 months processing time. She told me that my file is in the final review and she can't give me any time frame for when it will be completed. She also said that if i dont hear anything from CIC till October 9 than i should give them a call so they could reach out the officer. My BOWP is set to expire on October 19th. I hope i would get PPR before that otherwise i will need an extension.
