It means they have requested other documents too, apart from MR?? I am worried now.

It might just be a glitch as Jan-Feb-March applicants are seeing a lot of doc requests without a message too. Don't worry and just relax until we get a definitive answer :)
 
The more surprising thing is this, those who received the File Transfer in May-June, 2017 (means 3-4 months ago CIC applied guys) also received the same message.
 
so it is just a mistake and means nothing

I havent receive any file transfer and yet now it shows that MR is requested but theres no attachment. I'd like to believe this is true but I dont want to put my hopes high until I receive any.

They only received my application in Feb 2017.
AOR is on April 2017.
No File Transfer yet.
This facility is only for Out land applicants. Not for Inlanders

Same here, Service Unavailable. I think what's happening is that they've processed our applications and the fact that we got the right status but not the attached message is a technical problem that they're working on.

Hopefully, fingers crossed we get the MR.
