A background check is needed Not needed at this time
Final decision Not Started

My timeline:
PR application (AINP inland) received by CIC on September 22, 2016
got AOR on December 22 , 2016
Upfront medical exam on January 31, 2017
Request to pay RPRF on February 7 , 2017
My medical exam is PASSED on February 8, 2017

In myCIC account, for the Review of Eligibility item, i press the 'help' button, i found 'We're reviewing visitor visa, study or work permit eligibility. If the eligibility requirements are not met, the application may be refused'. I want to know if everyone is the same since i haven't applied for the one that it mentioned.
Also, for the'review of submitted documents' is empty but i have submitted the documents and paid RPRF at the beginning of Jan. Is it normal? If there changes of status in mycic account, will it send us the email?
pls help to answer my questions.

What's the status of your Review of Eligebility? Mine is review in progress. Will it start my BG check after my status of review of eligibility has changed? My BG check is not started.
