Yes I did. The panel physician (PP) gave me UMI forms on the day of the medicals and I uploaded it via case specific inquiry the same night. The PP also sent me the medical results after 7 days but I didn't need to upload that one so I just kept the results for myself.

All the best!

I went for an upfront medicals with my family on 16th January 2017. Today, I received an email from CIC of an update in my account. I checked and it shows medical passed.
Hey Buddy,
Looks like you and i are sharing the same timeline. I'm still waiting for medical. I called cic and asked if i could do upfront medical but they said no it is better to wait and hear from them.

Here's the reason why I decided to do an upfront medicals. My work permit is about to expire and I'm preparing to apply for a bridge open work permit(BOWP) soon. Consider that I do work for a child care center and without medicals results received by CIC, the type of BOWP that would be issued by CiC would prevent me from working in childcare (also agriculture and healthcare as well). To avoid this, I decided to do the upfront medicals so I can continue working in my center.

I am not sure about my VO is, Also i got my case filed by a lawyer at the last moment as i dint wanted to take any chance.
So lawyer says that it is usual to take more than 6 months of time.

But the wait is killing me so wanted to find out with all the other good people like you.

Thanks & Regards,

Nick my suggestion , order GCMS OR CAIPS NOTES. Surprisingly PPR taking way longer time even though selected by province.
