The countdown for processing time starts the day they receive your application.
So you are saying is that they issued aor and you didnt get it? did you check your email junk folder? have you linked your application to mycic account? If yes then you should see it there

thanks for replying...yes I'm saying that they issued Aor bcz I can see my status online in ecas on cic website.....it's saying in process....I think status in ecas is available only If they assigned an Aor to ur file...but thing is that I didn't get anything yet..I have checked all the folders nothing in there I asked my consultant they didn't get anything yet they said... And I think to link ur file in ur cic account u need Aor first

I'm an BCPNP inland applicant. My application was received by CIC on April 21, 2016 but I haven't received my AOR yet. Its been almost 70 days...

I have noticed the processing was significantly slow when the refugees were pouring in. Especially Inland applicants suffer it the worst.

The MPNP process for me was barely 2 months but looking at the processing speed right now i probably won't receive AOR till October 2016. Meanwhile the IRCC minister announced increasing immigrant number to 350,000 won't help the backlog and slow processing speed. Atleast I have PGWP till Jan 2017 so I will have time to apply BOWP.

Hey guys,

i am inland federal applicant( PNP Nominated). I have question about Funds in Schedule 4 Economic Classes - Provincial Nominees Form. How much we need to show. Is 5000 enough?. Do we also need to attach any proof of funds like bank statements in application?

You do not need to show any proof of funds as long as you are an Inland applicant with an open work permit and/or are employed with a minimum yearly wage higher than the CIC minimum required funds depending on the number of family members enlisted on your application.

You also do not need to show any proof of funds if you have pre-arranged employment if you are an outland applicant. Generally CIC never asks for proof of funds for both Inland and Outland applicants in the case of provincial nominees as the provincial government already has analysed your financial stability.

You may also be asked to provide proof of funds at a port of entry in the form of a travellers cheque, bank statement or property papers if you are an outland applicant. For inland working applicants a work permit or an employment verification letter would be sufficient.

I will state again that generally PNP applicants are not asked for Proof of Funds but it is good to be prepared.

what do you mean by XEP?

XEP is a temporary number assigned to applications after being received by the CIO. This is the stage between received and AOR. Generally, if an XEP number is granted, it is taken as a sign of positive eligibility. XEP number are normally not granted to files that are incomplete or to be sent back. So XEP number is a good sign

Are you trying to link with UCI number or last name? Try with last name. I have same problem and then tried with last name and it works.

Hey guys! I had my application received by CIC on 25 July 2016. I tried to link it in mycic multiple times since then but nothing worked. Since i am an inland applicant i had my UCI and that didnt even work. When you go to MyCIC try using family name, given name and DOB option. I kept trying and was able to link my account today. So just be pateient an dtry all given options. If nothing is working give CIC call centre a ring and givem your info, theys hould be able to give you info on the status and maybe an XEP file number that would allow you to link it easier.

You do NOT need AOR to link application to mycic. I have successfully linked my application to cic even though I have not received my AOR. Try linking your application

I guess you have to wait atleast 3month. you can expect on October.
