I am AINP(Inland) nominee. I am thinking about paying PR application fees($ 550) online, is it also allowed to pay RPRF fees($ 490) along with it?. Or CIC will ask me separately for RPRF fees at later stage? ...Thanks

They will ask you at a later stage. When everything is approved

Its upto you if u want to pay right now.. U can do that...

thanks for replying . I am also paper based applicant applied for BC PNP PR in May .Didnt received any email from the office.Do you know the average timeline for paper based applicant ? how long it will take to complete the process

It gonna take 9 to 13 months. If uou lucky sometime take less time, depend on your file.
