Well, I'm a little relieved now that I'm not the only person without AOR. I guess our agents r slower than others. Hopefully we'll get aor within a week, otherwise I'm gonna call cic to ask.

I am a single applicant. It's been more than 50 days. I don't believe CIC officers go in a chronological order.

Yes I did. But I doubt if that means anything. There are people who failed to link their account but got AOR, and there are ppl (like me) that linked their accounts wit no AOR.

Guys,
I linked my application to myCIC account online. After entering all the information, it was able to find my application and I proceeded to link it to my account.

I've got some questions, please help me in understanding this.

1. I got this XEP number. Is this equivalent to AOR?
2. Do I get AOR via email?
3. It says date submitted as "August 3, 2016", which is today? Does it mean I get the AOR 2-3 months from today or from my original date of May 19th when my application was received by CIC.

your original date 19th may will consider you are almost getting aor comming friday hope so this account date is showing you are created this account this date today now your application will be linked to this account and you can check your status every day
