PNP PR - APRIL,MAY JUNE 2016 APPLICANTS....

URGENT:

Guys,

I'm an inland MPNP applicant and just sent package to CIC last week. I just noticed I didn't include copy of my post grad work permit in the package, however, I did include copy of all pages of my passport. I'm little confused with checklist now. Is copy of work permit required at CIC level? If so, what step should I take now?

I applied As SINP applicant

I paid fee online and I have attached the receipt .

In my case my husband has changed the name so his majority of documents were under old name and same with our marriage certificate, only passport is updated. But I have attached the name change judgement and affidavit. He lives in USA.

Plus he does not have birth Certificate so we attached the Non - Availability of Birth Certificate from Delhi Municipality. Do you think my file will return ??

Hi Dipica, I also got SINP nomination a week back..still trying to get all documents together before submitting application.

I do not see birth certificates for Principal Applicant and Spouse....BC is only required for dependent children as per the list on CIC website..

please correct me if I am wrong?

I applied for me PR on Nov2015,
Nova Scotia received it in Nov2015 itself,
They started working on it on Feb2016,
I got my landing fees on june2016,

Now am worried about the medical request...

Any ideas??

It seems that they are doing very slow nowadays.

Yesterday they issued AOR to 20th May applicant.
Hopefully we will get some good news next week.

Where it is written that BC is only required for dependent children? Can you provide me the link ?
BC is essential for all. If you do not have try to get non- availability of birth certificate from your municipality and attach affidavit of that.
