Hey guys,
I need your advise on this:
I submitted my pnp pr economy class on july 11th and realized the next day that I didn't include a translated copy of one of my police certificate.I called canada post to ask if it has not been dispatched but it was too late, my question is; should I send the certificate to cio or I should wait till they request for it? Since I don't have a file number yet.
Thank you
Your response would be greatly appreciated.

Hi. U need to wait for their request. At this stage you can't send them anything as you don't have UCI or application number.

Hi

I think there is no harm to wait until they ask for it. The reason is that police clearance is not an eligibility criteria for your application; it is admissibility criteria. They will not reject your application due to this. However, if you don't provide this when asked, you can not get PR visa to enter Canada.

Therefore, my advice will be that you should wait for them to ask for it. Another option is to ask the CIC officer on what to do as soon as you receive an email from cic for the receiving of your application.

Hope it helps.

Regards

hey yeaaaaaa, you supose to include police report before sending it to CIO, ideally your police report is suposed to be sent with your application, even if you send it alone and write a letter with it to the same adress, will that work, will they remove it and put it inside your application at CIO, well you can give that a trial, but am not sure

2 wait till medical request, during medical request, they will ask you the police report again, that means you will do another police report cos by then will have expired, the choice is yours
