am just thinking aloud!!!!!!!

I am thinking of the processing gap between EE applicants and paper based. The former get done within 6th the and the latter 15 months. Is it that security check are not done on EE applications. Or that the immigration officers take 9 months (15 less 6 ) to enter the paper application into the system.

Some of us (ie applicants from 2013) in mpnp actually submitted online, so can't they just let us also enroll via cic online system....... just thinking aloud

No dear, they noted in application guide that Notary attested copies must, language don't matter. Birth certificates, marriage certificate, first 2 and last 2 copies of Passports must send Notary Attested copies. Here is the reference lines of Application Guide :

Certified true copies

To have a photocopy of a document certified, an authorized person must compare the original document to the photocopy and must print the following on the photocopy:

“I certify that this is a true copy of the original document”,
the name of the original document,
the date of the certification,
his or her name,
his or her official position or title, and
his or her signature.

Hi Ashuindian,

I submitted my PNP paper based application without a single notoraised copy of any document of mine. CIC has accepted my application and is in process now :D. Notarised copies must only be sent under some specific conditions. Please read the application guide and you will find them there ;D

All the best to us!

Any news of AOR from those, who have submitted application to CIC in May/ June? waiting eagerly to hear news.

same timeframe mate...hopeful and claiming that it will in our inbox this week

Hello,

People in this thread are likely to be the right people who can help me finding a crucial information:

Does it work if the NOC mentioned in a PNP is different from the NOC of a candidate's primary occupation in Express Entry profile? (CEC)

CONTEXT:

I am in the Express Entry candidate pool under the Canadian Experience Class. The Canadian experience I gained is under NOC 4166 (my Primary Occupation code).

Now, I got a permanent job offer in BC that will help me becoming a provincial nominee of British Columbia. But that job is under a different NOC (e.g., 4162), so would be the NOC mentioned in my BC provincial nomination.

QUESTION:

Would I be able to utilize a BC PNP (under NOC 4162) with my Canadian Experience Class profile (which is based on experience gained under a different NOC, 4166)?

Your feedback will be truely a great help!

Hi Hanaa7

Normally, CIC would post back your documents to you using the self addressed enveloped you added to your application. One thing though, how did you link your application to your CIC account when you don,t have an AOR/file number?
