Cic just sent me a message asking for a detailed resume as follows: my question is it normal for them to ask for it or is it something i should be worried about. I did my masters in engineering from Pakistan and registered here as an EIT: I didn't have a thesis based program and also i don't have any publications, is it a problem?

One of my friends with PhD from Canada was also asked to provide his Resume. Its normal for an officer to ask for such sort of document.
You don't have to worry about it. Just send them your resume/CV and don't forget to include all of the above in your resume/CV.

Just mention in your resume that your degree was course based.

I have a masters degree from Canada which was course based and i am also going through this process.

This is actually better than having anything published! Less documents to review and faster BG check process.

Which program did you apply under ?

It doesn't matter for candidates who apply under such programs which require a degree from a Canadian University (for example BC PNP international post graduate program)

June 27 as well, got DM just now. I only have access to Ecas, but I assume my BG would be at the same time as yours.
