According to their website http://www.cic.gc.ca/ENGLISH/information/times/index.asp it takes 50 days for online applications and 118 days for paper applications.

After you do your Med Exam, the next thing is final background check. On GCKey instead of N/A for background check, u will see We are processing your background check...
