Just talked to cic call centre agent... she said everything is good... all bg, security, criminality r done... application is in final stage and everything is good only final decision left.... you should hear something soon.... let’s c how soon it will b.... may 16, 2016

They backlog so much work so I guess they will try to speed up. at least catch up the 17month time frame

Its seems they process some applications entirely at CIO and then for PPR send it over to Ottawa. For long, it was the understanding that Ottawa sends medical and process security check prior to PPR. Interesting!

(as i know call centre agent don’t have any authority regarding our applications) she said it won’t affect we r still almost 2 months away from these holidays.... lol just waiting to finish this game

Yeah i think most of the applications r process at cio and only complicated cases r transferred to ottawa..(as my understanding) ....
