I am may 13th applicant.
I have my spouse as dependant on my file. When I did my application my husband was in Canada on his work permit so as far as I remember I had his Canadian address on file. But he went back home and his work permit expired. We applied for his work permit again but got rejected so he couldn’t come back. My query is my background is already in process so if I get passport call how would it work- is it like I submit my passport here and he does it in home country?. Do we get any letter or form that we have to send with passport? Please help

I would advise to submit at the country she residing right now... Passports can noit be couriered it is illegal ....

She can attach same letter which spouse going to attach.

that's the way you do when you live apart... my wife is also here on Spouse open WP. and she submitted in India but now as she is here we will be submitting together on PPR.
