I selected YES when I was filling in the form. Basically they are asking you if you have received your AOR. That's what I understand at least......I applied in mid May and got it approved on July 24th. Hope this helps.

Have you been told by an immigration refugees and citizenship Canada office that you are approved in a principle for permanent residence in Canada ?

The answer is yes. This question was so tricky when i filed my BOWP. It asks you whether you've got AOR or not.

I asked this to CIC agent, she told me to upload the fee reciepts since i didn't get a copy of my medical exam.
