Question security and background check is it the same in the gckey?

As per cic background includes criminality and security rest I don't know. She told me over phone.
 
I called cic today .... they told me file is complete and I will have you message to officer and he said I will ask him why file is sitting here . Then I ask him file will transfer to Ottawa at end he said no file will stay in Sydney till end .... then at the end he said if officer need any info he will contact you. Is this standard reply?????

May 20th applicant. My BG shows N/A on GCKey but I called IRCC yesterday and the call center agent said my BG is in process.

I am may 19 applicant . If your bg is in process thn I hope for mine too

Not sure when it started. All the call center agent said was that it was in the process and my file has been transferred to CPC-Ottawa.

BGC in progress: Aug 23, 2016
DM in Ecas Oct 4, 2017 no change under My CIC
