Just a little off topic question.

Does change in status from work permit to PR changes tax return too. Considering majority here is international student graduates. I remeber last year when i was doing my taxes there was a question if my status changed in previous year.

I paid over $80k fees and now paying over $1k per pay cheque.

If i get PR before 31st dec am i going to benefit in this year’s taxes or am i going to loose something? Also i am from manitoba with post secondry tax benefit super complicated tax law whatever. Dont know if that still applies, i had benefit of that law in last year’s return.

Hey guys.can somebody help me,i am april 5th applicant almost 18 months and i am going india next week. If CIC send me an PPR while i am in india, can i send my passport from india or do i have to came back and submit my passport from canada.. anybody have clue?

I just got PPR ! My wife already included with my application but she is not in Canada. Where she is going to submit her passport ?
Should I email CIC for instructions or she just can go to nearest visa office to submit her passport?
