Wow they r such a lier!Ppl,
Take a look at this link. CIC says that main goal is to process paper based applications for 11 months.

same with my friend, Jan applicant, got PPR June 19, all paperwork completed and became PR July 22, so 19 months in total. One on my friend got his pr , he said it took 18 months to complete
this is BS! 11 months is a scam. PNP is a scam. I'm just desperately waiting for the PR (or being deported if not). so tired of waiting, renewing my work permit, wasting my money on CIC.Ppl,

It almost seems to me that it's the standard response from cic whenever they can't figure out or can't tell you what's happening with your application27 May 2016 applicant. BG check still N/A.
I called CIC today to ask why I haven't got any updates since the last update, which is the medical check I got 2 months ago. The agent said everything looks good, it's missing a verification step from some officer . Is he on vacation or what ? Once he verifies it, I'm wondering how much time it'll take for the next background check
This is so frustrating.... I don't know y it's taking too long 16th month starts tomorrow
I emailed monday until now no reply!Have anyone emailed to Ottawa office?
I heard the final review and decision made process in Ottawa office.
I emailed them on Aug 10 to see if my file is in their office and just got a respond from them. They said my application is not located in Ottawa yet, still in Sydney.
