It looks like its gonna take a long time so I wanted to create my EE profile in my account but it gives me this error: You already have an in-progress application. What should I do? Yes but I believe this is stage 2 which is a more extensive background check.

Based on my reading in this forum, when BG check changes to "in progress" after medical is passed, it is usually a matter of days before you see a "decision made" status.
