I have a question for visa exempt applicants that got ppr and have sent pictures with application.
Did you have to send new pictures with the copy of the picture page of your passport ?

Once you get a PR, can you apply for Health Card (OHIP) then only or do you have to wait for 3 months in order to get the health card?

For OHIP, wait time is 3 months...

will that help? I will hit the 15 month mark in 2 days...... I called today to check and the lady on the phone just told me ''it's in progress''.

I cannot say it helped me, but my first call to CIC was at on 28th September, 1 day before completing 15 months. I am not sure if my application was already in the Approved batch.

Yes they do, for my friend they asked additional information regarding her traffic history and work experience twice after medicals are done.
