Could anybody confirm,

In Ready for VISA email, there is a Appendix B form for my dependent who resides in Bangladesh.
Question is, who will be the applicant and who will be the spouse in that form?

***I am in Canada, in my Ready for VISA email, i dont have any Appendix B form to complete.

when did your background changed to in progress?
to answer your question ,if that form is for your spouse then she is the applicant and you spouse . Others can clarify....

Thanks milo2015 for your thoughts, i am also thinking in the same way

My Background changed to in progress on 22nd September and next day 23rd September got Ready for VISA email.

try to link you paper application in myCIC online portal...

Below are the steps,
1.

Continue GCKey. (this is the one i used)

2. For anyone who wants to apply online first has to create the account. So till that point its common for all even if they dont apply anything after creating it.
3. link the existing account:
Enter all detail required + for English test detail, use the following:
Test: None
Test id: 000
test date: cic application received date.
(for few it works but not for all)

Can i still link my applucation if i hv filed through a represenrative. i tried doing it once but it was asking me to remove the representative first... is there any othr way to link d application

I do not think, you can link your application, if you applied via a representative....

Iam july 6 applicant with two dependants,AINP,inland applicant i did upfront medicals in December,and my family did it before that and in august we got a request to my husband's medical again from delhi office stating it is expiring but it has still two months of validity,today i tried my MP office to check with cic to know what is happening ,they said ,my medicals are clear ,but security check has not been started yet and they were not sure when they will start,hope we all get our PPR soon

I just received my GCMS notes and there was something strange:

Updated date: 2016/07/20
App Status: On Hold

WTF???

I sent them all the documents they requested and I even had a confirmation mail that thay have received it. And they did not even touch my file since July??

Also, I thought Im a 2015 June applicant, but in the GCMS it saying:
Rec`d Date: 2015/07/16 - so I`m a July 16 applicant?

I really hope this PR will not be an XMas present....

i want to cancel my representative. so what can I do? in that case is it gonna slow again my application? if i cancel my representative, shall CIC will send them any email to let my representative know that he is no longer concern about my case? how long it will take to cancel the representative in the system? please help

Use the same form and cancel the representative.

I don't think this will affect the processing of your application in anyway.

Type of Application: Permanent residence in Canada-PNP
VISA office: Rome-Italy
CIC received my application on: 25-5-2015
Medical done: October 2015
Application status at online CIC website: still in process
renew the police certificate on 3-8-2016 after the visa office send me email on 22-7-2016 to send :

4 photos to all family member
photo copies to me and family members because the one they have it is expired
renew the police certificate ....and i did all.

i send several emails to visa office the same answer i received each time
(the application is under processing by the visa officer) they will contact you id they need only further information .and also i sent email to cic by filling the web form to explain my situation:
Dear >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>,

Thank you for contacting Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

We have forwarded the information you provided to the responsible office. They will contact you only if they require further information.
now i finished 16 months from the date cic received my file .i do not have any representative or relative in Canada. please tell me what can i do ??????????????the waiting is sooooo hard especially i have one final step to finalized every thing (passport request )

I think you already got the application form. Before you cancel your representative make sure you update contact details with cic. Usually representatives put their email for communication with cic. It will only take 2 to 3 days after they receive the application to cancel representative. As far as i know you will receive an email from cic not your representative

did you mean your pcc was issued on Mar 8, but you email them on July 22?

We are the same day applicant. my case was delayed for similar reason, but I emailed them my pcc by the end of May, which is also the last document requested by IRCC.

You can check your gcms for Notes, Incoming files and File transfer section. the 3 sections can tell you more details if any update was made after they received your documents.

According to my experience, they usually will do some updates after they received your supplementary files. Especially the Note No.1 will say what category has been cleared. this update typically happened one week later after receiving the files. and then, it will go to the next processing, perhaps hold or perhaps took care by someone else. If note No1 say nothing, which might imply your files are still under been waiting for.

If you sent them a couple of request, you will also see all the communications with IRCC in your GCMS note, perhaps in Notes or Incoming section.


BTW, I suggest all other people who are still waiting for PPR like you to add their application progress profile which located below ID. it can be reached in Profile setting panel. this can provide more information to other people to help you.
